End-User License Agreement — TMD Books Connector

Effective June 30, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of TMD Books Connector (“the App”), a private, internal software tool owned and operated by The Muses Digital, Inc. (“The Muses Digital”). The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized API to maintain The Muses Digital’s own accounting records.

The App is not sold or distributed to the public. It is used solely by The Muses Digital for its own bookkeeping.

1. License

The Muses Digital grants its authorized operator a non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for the internal purpose of maintaining The Muses Digital’s own financial records. No other license is granted.

2. Permitted use

The App may be used only to read from and post to The Muses Digital’s own QuickBooks Online company, to generate financial statements, and to produce internal accounting and tax-preparation records.

3. Restrictions

The App may not be used to access any company other than The Muses Digital’s own, may not be redistributed or offered as a service to third parties, and may not be used in any way that violates Intuit’s Developer Terms of Service or applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The App and its underlying code are the property of The Muses Digital. QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; this App is an independent tool and is not endorsed by Intuit.

5. Data

The App’s handling of financial data and credentials is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Muses Digital does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. The operator is responsible for reviewing the App’s output and for the accuracy of the resulting financial records.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Muses Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the App is disconnected from QuickBooks Online or if these terms are violated. The connection can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
